Problem:
I had already built a near-perfect influencer outreach system, with exceptional open rates (99%) and solid replies (29%), but very few creators were actually signing deals. This meant our pipeline looked strong on paper but was leaking value in practice.
Approach:
Diagnosed Influencer Psychology → Documented 9 key factors influencers care about (compensation, creative freedom, brand alignment, etc.), then designed metrics for each (e.g., On-Time Payment Rate, Repeat Collaboration Rate, NPS).
Email Redesign → Crafted new templates with stronger positioning, social proof, and next-step clarity.
Follow-Up Flow → Replaced “gentle reminders” with educational sequences: eco-friendly proof, testimonials, collaboration simplicity.
Landing Page Revamp → Added stronger headline (“Empower Confidence, Get Paid”), FAQ, testimonials, and visual timeline of the process.
Global Expansion → Localized sequences in German, Spanish, and English.
Results:
Increased influencer commitments across outreach sequences.
Built a repeatable multilingual outreach playbook used across Luxmery.
Influencer sentiment improved (social proof integrated, more payment trust).
